Our custom CMS (Content Management System) is built on the Ruby on Rails framework making it ultimately scalable and very powerful as well as viewable on mobile devices. The entire system runs on one set of files and maintains a centralized database. The layout and design have been carefully programmed with the newest technologies in Ajax and JavaScript which creates a seamless application for the overall use by the client and end user. In coordination with the client’s vision, our unique CMS uses a navigation structure that is carefully divided into various tools and extensions. Some key features include:

Account Administration

Allows the administrative user to create user groups and define permissions that allow access to various tools.

Website Management

The design of the your website will be first established through the layout snippet. In this snippet you can edit your Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) as well as view the HTML that wraps around each page giving your website a clean look and feel. All templates are carefully created with Search Engine Optimal code and full, no tabular CSS design (old method of design cup-up). You can also define multiple layout designs and options for your site and different pages as required.

Add Content Easily & Quickly

Content is added to your pages through easy to use plug and play layout and pages extension. Each page is created with a default wysiwyg editor which is what contains all the text, images, and html that you want on that page, including adding of images and hyperlinks from your computer.

Flexible Site Structure

Unlike some other CMS engines, ours allows you to arrange pages according to any hierarchy. It can be as simple as adding a collection of child and parent pages above or underneath one another. Our CMS is 100% search engine friendly and features all the required tags for optimization including keyword friendly urls.

Intelligent Page Caching

Our CMS includes an intelligent caching mechanism which allows content to be created and cached for up to five minutes for ease of loading of content. This ensures that content is always fresh and provides an optimal level of performance.
