Optimize Internet Connection

If you are experiencing connectivity issues, jittery gameplay, or disconnects while in a session. Try the following steps to optimize your internet connection:

  • If you’re using a wireless connection, connect directly to your router or modem.
  • Shut down other programs that access the internet, such as other games or download open programs.
  • Don’t use satellite and cellular phone internet connections. This are not stable connections and will cause connection issues.
  • Do not use proxies or VPN connections.

Close Applications

Background applications can interfere a lot with your network. Streaming data is a common issue for slow connections, make sure that background applications are closed.

Additionally, there can be background applications running that you are unaware of. Follow the following steps to disable those applications.

Platform Account Issues

If you're having issues with your platform account (Apple ID, etc.), you'll have to reach out to them for help. Below you'll find a list of supported platforms and a link to their support site sections on account troubleshooting. Hopefully, they'll have the info that you need.

Refunds

Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do when it comes to refunds—they don't go through us, but through the platform used to make the purchase (Google, , etc.). To request a refund, you'll have to contact customer service for your purchasing platform. Check out the table below for a link to each platform's refund policy.

Bugs are never fun, and we are working diligently to squash any bugs that may be plaguing you. But! If you find one, chances are it’s pestering other players as well, so we encourage you to report it!

While reporting, please do your best to include the following information if possible:

  • What were you doing in-game leading up to the issue? Anything you can remember helps!
  • Were you able to play through the bug, or did you have to reset the game to continue?
