What do I need to get started with the VR Hub?
You’ll need a Meta Quest 3 headset, a gaming laptop, and a Link cable. The headset must be connected to the laptop (not Wi-Fi) and the computer should be plugged in and charging.
How do I connect the headset to the computer?
Open the Meta app, plug in the Link cable, and either accept the prompt or navigate to the ‘Link’ option in the menu. Once you see “PC Connected,” hit “Launch” and put on the headset.
Does the headset need internet to run the simulations?
No. The headset does not require Wi-Fi—everything runs from the computer. However, the first login requires an internet connection.
How many login credentials do we get per subscription?
Each subscription includes 3 unique logins. If you need more, just get in touch with us.
Are the simulations pre-installed?
No. You must download them individually or in bulk after logging in.
How do I start a simulation?
Click ‘Download’ on the simulation. Once it’s ready, hit ‘Play’ from the main screen, then hit ‘Play’ again after it launches in the headset.
What is the Facilitator Tool and how does it help me?
It’s a companion dashboard that lets you highlight controller buttons, guide stuck users, track progress, and more—no tech skills required.
Can I assist players who lose items in the simulation?
Yes. Use the ‘Help’ and ‘Find’ buttons to highlight items, and ‘Respawn’ to bring lost objects back.
What if a user gets disconnected or I can’t see their screen?
A pop-up will appear with instructions on how to troubleshoot and reconnect
What does the AI button do?
The AI enhances simulations with adaptive, personalized interactions and feedback. It also tracks user behavior to generate meaningful progress insights.
What data can I get from the Stats Hub?
It includes completion rates, heatmaps, gaze tracking, task timing, and trend analysis across users—great for improving your training delivery.
Can the VR Hub be customized for our organization?
Absolutely. We offer custom-built hardware peripherals and personalized simulation scenarios. Reach out to discuss your needs.
Where can I get help if something goes wrong?

Can I pause or skip parts of a simulation?
Yes. Facilitators can pause, skip tasks, and assist users mid-simulation using the Facilitator Tool.
How can I report a bug or suggest an improvement?
Use the ‘Feedback’ button at the top of the VR Hub interface to report bugs or share ideas.

What kind of headset is required for the VR Hub?
You’ll need a Meta Quest 3 headset connected via Link cable to a compatible computer, such as the included gaming laptop if using the hardware package.
Does the headset require Wi-Fi to run simulations?
No. The headset runs simulations through the connected computer, which handles all network access.
Do I need to be online every time I use the VR Hub?
Only for the first login. After that, the system can run offline unless updates or downloads are needed.
How do I launch the VR Hub on the Meta Quest?
Open the Meta app, connect the Link cable, and either accept the prompt or go to ‘Link’ in the menu. Once it says “PC connected,” hit “Launch.”
Is the computer supposed to be connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
No. Just make sure the computer is plugged in and charging. The simulations run locally after download.
How many users can access the VR Hub per subscription?
Each subscription includes three login credentials. Contact us if you need more.

It allows you to guide participants by highlighting controls, skipping tasks, checking progress, and troubleshooting issues—all from your screen.
Can I help users who lose or can’t find items in the simulation?
Yes. Use the ‘Help’ and ‘Find’ buttons to highlight items, and the ‘Respawn’ button to restore lost objects.
How do I see a participant’s progress?
The bottom progress bar shows completed tasks with checkmarks. Hover over any check to preview upcoming tasks.
What if I lose connection with a user’s session?
A pop-up will notify you and walk you through troubleshooting the issue so you can reconnect.
What does the AI button do?
The AI enhances simulations by adjusting interactions based on user decisions. It also tracks behavior to help personalize the experience.
How does the AI improve learning?
It offers tailored guidance, feedback, and performance summaries that help participants better understand and develop their skills.
What kind of data does the Stats Hub track?
It includes task completion rates, time spent, heatmaps, gaze tracking, trends, and comparisons between users.
Can I use Stats Hub to evaluate program effectiveness?
Yes. You can identify where users succeed or struggle, refine training modules, and track user improvement over time.
