You are purchasing an annual subscription to the VR Hub training platform operated by Melcher Studios ("we", "us", "Melcher"). Each login purchased entitles one named user at your organization to unlimited access to the full VR Hub training-module library for the length of the subscription term.
The subscription is billed per login. Bulk-purchase pricing is applied automatically based on the number of logins in your order.
Each subscription runs for twelve (12) months from the date payment is received.
Renewals are not automatic. We contact the billing email on file approximately thirty (30) days before your term ends to arrange renewal. If you choose not to renew, access ends when the current term expires.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. However, you may reassign a login to a different named user within your organization at any time during the term. Contact dwayne@melcher.ca to reassign a login.
If a payment is captured but we are unable to provision your login within seven (7) business days for a technical reason on our side, we will refund the original mode of payment in full upon request. This is the only refund scenario.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Hardware Packages are available as an add-on to any subscription order at $4,500 CAD each (flat rate, no bulk discount). Each package includes a Meta Quest 3S headset, recharging strap, controller grips, travel case, gaming laptop, cables, fire safety kit, and 3D-printed controller mounts. Setup, testing, admin, and shipping are included.
Equivalent-equipment clause. Specific brands and models listed on the checkout page reflect our current sourcing at the time of order. If a listed item becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we may substitute equivalent or better equipment of comparable specification and value. We do not guarantee exact model numbers.
Shipping. Hardware Packages ship within 5–10 business days of payment to the address you provide at checkout. Freight cost within Canada is included. International shipping may require an additional quote — contact us before ordering if you are outside Canada.
Warranty. Individual components carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Melcher does not provide additional warranty on hardware beyond what the manufacturer offers. We will assist with warranty claims during your subscription term.
Prices shown on the checkout page are exclusive of tax. Applicable Canadian taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address:
Non-Canadian buyers pay no Canadian sales tax on this checkout and are responsible for any duties, VAT, or import taxes owed in their own jurisdiction.
Melcher Studios is a Saskatchewan-based business registered with the Canada Revenue Agency for GST/HST and with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Finance for PST. GST/HST and PST numbers appear on your PayPal receipt and, where applicable, on invoices.
Payment is processed through PayPal. Credit card, PayPal balance, and other PayPal-supported methods are accepted. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Access to logins and shipment of hardware begins after payment is confirmed.
Each login is for use by one named user at your organization. Sharing a single login among multiple users is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend a login found to be in shared use, and to require the buyer to purchase additional logins to cover the excess users. Reassignment of a login from one named user to another within the same organization is always allowed.
We aim for high availability of the VR Hub platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force-majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. No credit or refund is issued for short interruptions.
The VR Hub module library is added to and refined over time. We may add, remove, or replace individual modules as content is retired or updated. Your subscription entitles you to whatever module library is current during your term, at the pricing tier active on your purchase date.
