VR Med. Prep. Training
This virtual reality experience module was created in collaboration with LCDS. Working closely with the client, we developed a training module on the tasks involved for preparing medication for someone. The goal was to provide an experience that refreshes employee knowledge on the preparation procedures as well as track their proficiency in following the correct steps. There are several interactive tasks that the user must complete to progress through the VR module. These included; correct hand washing technique, working the E-Mar system, preparing medication, administering the medication, and cleanup.

Outcomes:
Provided users with valuable insights into their job proficiency and areas where they may be lacking knowledge. The interactive learning environment allows users to experience core job tasks, reinforcing their understanding of job requirements.
Benefits:
LCDS was able to provide employees with an easy and effective training tool to refresh their knowledge on the procedures required for medication preparation. With the use of analytics, they were able to identify who successfully completed the VR training and who required additional training. This experience also provided LCDS with an effective tool for showcasing what a career in support services is like at career fairs and events.
