VR Hub — Frequently Asked Questions
Facilitator FAQs
Common questions about using the VR Hub platform.
VR Hub is going multilingual. HVAC launches in French in June 2026, with a staggered release of the rest of the library throughout the year. Beyond French, every module can be localized into any language already supported by the platform's language switcher: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and German — on request, as your team needs it. Yes. The same subscription and the same modules work in every supported language — learners pick their language inside the headset, so bilingual teams can train side by side without buying separate content.
Get in touch through our contact page or email info@melcher.ca with the language you need and the modules that matter most to your workforce. We'll line up the next localization wave based on subscriber demand.
