Closing the gap between "what is that?" and "I can do that." That's the future of training.

Choose any skilled job. Welding, mining, healthcare, transportation, hospitality. The training problem is the same. There's a gap between someone seeing a tool for the first time and being able to use it confidently on a real shift.

Most programs hand learners a manual and a video. Then they hand them a piece of equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars and hope for the best. The gap is too wide.

VR sits in the middle. Trainees can repeat a procedure 20 times before they touch the real thing. They can fail safely. They can build muscle memory for the parts that matter, with a facilitator watching the same view they're seeing.

When the gap closes, retention goes up, equipment damage goes down, and new hires get to productive faster. That's the part we get up to build every day.
