The VR De-escalation and Sales AI Training module combines virtual reality with artificial intelligence to create realistic customer interaction scenarios. Users practice navigating difficult customer situations, learning techniques for conflict de-escalation while also developing effective sales communication skills.

AI-driven virtual customers respond dynamically to the trainee's choices, creating unique conversations each session. The training covers recognizing emotional cues, active listening, empathetic responses, and appropriate escalation procedures when needed.
