  1. Car Seal Replacement

    The user begins by reviewing a logbook and comparing its entries to the current condition of the car seal and valve. After visually confirming that the documentation matches the equipment state, they proceed with the task. Using wire cutters, the user removes the existing car seal, adjusts the valve to the correct position, and installs a new seal, ensuring it is properly secured. They then record the completed work in the logbook to maintain accurate operational tracking.

  2. Plugged Gas Valve

    The user addresses a valve that has become too tight to operate safely. They remove the valve handle, followed by the bolts and nuts securing the valve body. The old valve is placed on a pallet for later sampling and analysis. The user then installs a replacement valve, fastening it with new hardware and ensuring it is tightened and aligned correctly.
