After the incident is demonstrated, the user is guided through the correct method for transporting heavy loads safely and maintaining forklift stability.

   Maintaining Visibility

   The user watches two forklifts collide due to operators failing to maintain proper visibility and neglecting essential safety procedures. The training then shifts to best practices, showing operators using safe techniques such as driving in reverse when visibility is limited and sounding the horn when approaching aisle ends or intersections.

   Securing the Load

   The user is shown the consequences of moving a load that has not been properly secured — resulting in the cargo spilling across the floor. The narrator explains the hazards associated with unsecured loads and then demonstrates the correct steps for properly securing materials before transport.

   Emergency Tip-Over

   This segment highlights the critical importance of wearing a seatbelt and remaining inside the protective structure of the forklift during a tip-over. The user first sees an animated operator injured after attempting to jump from the tipping forklift. The scenario is then repeated with proper safety behavior, showing the operator staying inside the cab, restrained by a seatbelt, and remaining unharmed.

   Riding the Forks

   The user observes a worker riding on the forklift's forks — a dangerous and prohibited practice — which leads to a fall and injury. The training then contrasts this with the correct procedure, demonstrating the use of an approved safety platform designed for lifting personnel securely.
