About this simulation
Participants assume the role of a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). The experience begins with an introduction to navigating the virtual environment through the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Learners then progress through a series of structured chapters, each dedicated to a specific area of MLT science and focused on performing a particular laboratory test.
Throughout the simulation, users are guided step by step with the support of a detailed digital clipboard and clear verbal instruction. This approach enables participants to gain hands-on experience by completing each procedure using accurate, one-to-one 3D recreations of real laboratory equipment.
