Participants explore the common causes of workplace slips, trips, and falls while learning practical strategies to prevent them. Set within a detailed 3D warehouse environment, the experience begins with a narrator introducing the participant to the workspace and outlining how these incidents frequently occur. The narrator highlights the critical role of good housekeeping practices in maintaining a safe environment and reducing the risk of accidents.

Participants are then guided through additional prevention strategies, including improving walking surfaces by recoating or replacing worn flooring, installing mats, applying anti-slip strips, using abrasive-filled coatings, or incorporating metal and synthetic decking where appropriate. The simulation also emphasizes the importance of wearing proper footwear to ensure stability and safety in industrial environments.

Following the introduction, participants are challenged to actively identify potential hazards throughout the warehouse. A hazard counter tracks their progress as they explore the environment and use observation and critical thinking skills to locate risks. Each time a hazard is identified, the narrator explains why it poses a danger and outlines practical steps to correct it.
